I have played a key role in shaping the post-purchase and bottom-funnel user experience, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance conversion rates, user retention, and design efficiency. Over time, I have evolved from a pixel-focused designer to a UX strategist and systems thinker, leading cross-functional initiatives that align business goals with customer needs.

I spearheaded the end-to-end redesign of Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s Operational Emails System (OES)—transforming static templates into a modern, scalable design system that improves efficiency, maintainability, and brand consistency across transactional communications.

As the primary bottom-funnel UX designer, I have refined the checkout, bag, and post-purchase experiences by integrating A/B testing, usability research, and analytics to streamline purchase flows and minimize friction.
