An application built to help identify and coordinate screening of patients within healthcare organizations for clinical trials at no cost to hospitals.
Modern Trials provides lifesaving clinical trials to patients without overhead or overextending healthcare providers.
In the summer of 2020, I partnered with Muslim American Social Services— a free health care clinic based in Jacksonville, FL— as a designer to initiate production and development of Modern Trials.
Modern trials is an application designed for pharmaceutical companies and clinical research organizations to search for clinical trial patients and trial sites through a single search feature. This process helps identify prospect patients for clinical research by linking these individuals to dozens of healthcare organizations.
During my time I consulted with hospitals, nonprofits, and developer teams to build concentrated user flows, and roadmaps for this application. As an end result, I helped advance UX processes by merging software and healthcare in order to moderate patient care, advance digital health, and boost administrative productivity.
